First of all I do not write much reviews but this product is simply amazing. When i first knead the dough I was not sure how easy it will be to roll it cause it was sticky and I was also not sure how it would taste cause I could really smell the flax seeds in the dough. But lo behold...it was not only easier to roll it but also i did not smell anything after i cooked it. I have made tortilla (Roti) and Puri which were both amazing. The only thing i did not like was the price...wish it would be slightly cheaper.

Love that it makes tortillas , wraps and rotis which are perfectly round and tasty . Was tired of almond flour and coconut flour flatbreads. . It’s tasty as well . And 1-2 servings keeps me on keto. Would def give it 10/10

I felt very much satisfied with this. I was on a keto diet for some time and tried different products. Looking for products which has high protein, low carb and good taste. Finally found a good one. Best for all who are on keto diet.

I am following a low carb diet and this ultra-low carb Keto flour allows me to eat all my favourite Indian food without worries! The rotis made from this flour taste really good and helps keep me full for a longer time. Found a good way to incorporate roti's into my keto diet!

As someone on keto diet you'd want to eat foods with lowest net carbs without compromising hard on the taste. That's why I ordered this one which has 2.6g net carb and the other one which has 0.9g net carb both. Here's my brief review:Taste - This 2.6 net carb one may taste good in the begininning but you get an aftertaste of flaxseeds. While the yellow (0.9g) net carb is tastes pretty neutral.Texture - Blue one is easy to roll, puffs easily and rotis come out thin. While the yellow one is hard to roll and rotis are thick.Satiety: Surprisingly, 2 rotis of this blue one will keep you full. While 2 rotis of the yellow one has very little satiety and you will start feeling hungry in no time.

Got great results for blood sugar. Zero spikes.. highly recommended for sugar control. Keeps u full. Easy to roll. Taste is highly acceptable.

It can easily be made into dough with room temperature water and rolled out into thin chapathi. They puff up when being cooked and remain very soft. Taste is also fair. It does not spike blood glucose and can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen according to need. One pack can make around 30 medium sized chapattis.. It is a blessing for me and a solution to my worry, ‘What shall I have for dinner?’ So convenient!

I bought it recently and today i made roti out of it. I must say it is by far the best best best keto atta product . Earlier i used leanbeing keto atta, it was horrible with slimy and pungent taste, never to shape like a roti. But this one is truly amazing. Consistency is perfect. What i feel is if you add little ghee/oil/butter with it, it would become even better to taste. No after taste non slimy and can be rolled out like a roti.. Great for all Keto and Low carb people.

This Deserves A Five star too be honest!! Rotis are super soft after 5 hours also. Taste good. If you are on a weightloss journey its must buy.
