It can easily be made into dough with room temperature water and rolled out into thin chapathi. They puff up when being cooked and remain very soft. Taste is also fair. It does not spike blood glucose and can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen according to need. One pack can make around 30 medium sized chapattis.. It is a blessing for me and a solution to my worry, ‘What shall I have for dinner?’ So convenient!

I bought it recently and today i made roti out of it. I must say it is by far the best best best keto atta product . Earlier i used leanbeing keto atta, it was horrible with slimy and pungent taste, never to shape like a roti. But this one is truly amazing. Consistency is perfect. What i feel is if you add little ghee/oil/butter with it, it would become even better to taste. No after taste non slimy and can be rolled out like a roti.. Great for all Keto and Low carb people.

This Deserves A Five star too be honest!! Rotis are super soft after 5 hours also. Taste good. If you are on a weightloss journey its must buy.
