How to Use

For steam inhalation in adults and children 6 years and above:
Put 1 Steam Pod into a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Cover head with towel. Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes.
Repeat up to 3 times per day.
Caution: Use only as directed. For External Use Only.
Never place capsule in the microwave, vaporizer, or container while you are heating water. Do not re-heat the mixture. Children should always be supervised.
