About the Product

Made only from the nectar of Fennel flowers by our tiny little Asiatic bees. THOA Fennel honey has natural antibiotic properties which strengthen the immune system and promote faster recovery. A very strong aromatic honey and also the most favourite among our customers. This honey has a flavour profile that combines warm, earthy tones with a woody, caramel taste and moderate sweetness. The regular honey is usually prepared around by 15th day from the day they start but we wait till the 24th day to extract the honey which helps to increase the enzyme action, therefore, making it healthier and more medicinal! The best things are made when we give it enough time. Fennel honey is quite a rare thing. We all know about fennel seeds (oftentimes mistaking them for caraway seeds) as we enjoy them sprinkled on different types of bread. And some of us know that fennel is a highly aromatic and flavourful herb with culinary and medicinal uses.PS: We do not add anything to our honey, the benefits remain because it is natural to the nectar of the flower that the bees choose!

How to Use

Add honey into your coffee or tea. Put it on the toast or pancakes. Mix it with cereal, yoghurt and oatmeal.
