Keeping this in mind, BabyStaples has come up with this nutrient-rich tomato soup which is nothing but veggies. The modern technique of dehydrating veggies keeps most of their nutrients. It has no cornflour or artificial flavours. It has rich iron content which helps in fight anaemia. It has beta-carotene, a provitamin that is converted to Vitamin A by our body.
Ingredients

Dehydrated Tomato, Dehydrated Carrot, Dehydrated Beetroot, Dehydrated Pumpkin, Dehydrated Sweet Potato, Dehydrated Dhania, Arrowroot Powder, Dry Ginger
How to Use

Add 250ml of water to 1 1/2 tablespoon (14g) of powder and cook on stove while stirring continuously. When the soup thickens as per your babys liking, turn off the stove. Jaggery powder or dates powder can be added to naturally sweeten the soup for infants. Salt/sugar/black pepper can be added as per taste for adults. Add a teaspoon of butter for taste. Stir well and serve the yummy soup to the baby.
