About the Product

Nutrapoorna Sugandhi Modak Atta is made from premium quality grains sourced from preferred regions. The grains are hygienically cleaned in a series of machines & ground using the traditional stone-chakki grinding process to make atta with all the nutrients locked. It is then packed in hygienic conditions to ensure aroma and freshness remain intact.

How to Use

COOKING METHOD-

Take 1 cup Nutrapoorna Sugandhi Modhak atta and mix it with 1 cup of hot water. Mix properly so no lumps are seen.
Switch off the gas and close it with a lid for 5mins.
Knead the dough while it is hot and make a soft dough. To make modaks, grease the palm with oil.
Flatten a ball of dough to form a cup shape, and place the coconut filling in the centre of the cup.
Make 5-6 small pinches on the outer edges. Join the edges to form a peak.
Steam cook for 15mins. Serve hot with lots of ghee.
