In this wonderful cereal, we use Sprouted wheat flour that is easy to digest, has increased nutrients and helps maintain blood sugar levels in the body as compared to plain wheat flour. With the addition of ghee, jaggery and milk, babies savour this flavour and have happy tummies!

How to Use

1. Wash your hands and sterilize all utensils and spoon with boiling water
2. Add 150 ml water to a pan
3. Add 2 scoops of porridge to it. Stir the mixture to avoid lumps in it.
4. Heat the mixture on a medium flame for 10 mins. Keep stirring continuously while heating.
5. Add some jaggery/dates powder and milk to add natural flavour
