About the Product

Nutrapoorna Atta is made from premium quality grains sourced from preferred regions. The legumes are hygienically cleaned in a series of machines & grinded using the traditional stone-chakki grinding process to make atta which absorbs more water than other attas resulting in softer and tastier rotis with all the nutrients locked. It is then packed in hygienic conditions to ensure aroma and freshness remain intact.

How to Use

In a large mixing bowl take 1 cup Nachni atta, ½ tsp salt and mix well. add 1/4 cup of hot water or as required and start to knead.
Knead to the soft dough for at least 5-7 minutes.
Add water as required and knead well as there is no gluten in the dough.
Roll out each portion of the dough into a thin circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
Heat a tava (griddle) on a high flame and when hot, place the roti gently over it.
Now spread water over the roti with help of hand or wet cloth removing excess dough.
Wait until the water evaporates then flip it to the other side.
Cook it till small blisters appear on the surface.
Cook it on an open flame till it puffs up and brown spots appear. Smear ghee on top of the roti and serve hot. Repeat with the remaining dough.
