It is made with peas, fennel powder, and spices, Bengali Kachori is one of the tastiest East Indian dishes from the house of gits. It is free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

How to Use

Mix the contents of the pack with 200 ml of water
Add 1 tsp sugar, blend gently and keep it aside for 20 minutes
Heat 2 tsp oil in a vessel (preferably non-stick kadhai) on low flame
Add the above-blended sugar and roast it for about 4-5 minutes
Allow it to cool and make 30 portions of the roasted mix
Take 400 gm wheat flour and add water and knead gently into a dough
Make 30 equal portions of the dough and stuff the portions of the roasted mix into the dough portions
Roll these portions into a flat and round shape, then deep fry it on high flame and serve hot
Store in a clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture, insects, pests, strong odours, sunlight & dust
