Sabudana Vada is one of those recipes that is made during religious fasting/vrat/upvas. These are crispy on the outside, soft, and chewy inside with an occasional crunch from the peanuts. The soft Sabudana and potatoes provide the heartiness and make this very filling.
Ingredients

Sabudana (Sago Pearls), Dehydrated Potato, Peanuts, Cumin, Dehydrated Green Chillies, Sugar, Salt
How to Use

Add amount of water to Sabudana and soak for 20 to 30 Min.
Add other packets mix in soaked sabudana and mix well.
Mix 12 to 14 flat balls and deep fry.
Serve hot and crispy Sabudana Vada with Chutney or Curd.
