How to Use

Pathiri: Boil 2 cups of water and add salt. To this add one cup of Major Pathiri Podi and stir well. Kneed this to a smooth dough. Divide this into small balls and press each ball to make delicious round pathiries, which have to be cooked on a hot tava.
Appam: Major Appam Podi 1 cup, required yeast, milk or 1/2 portion coconut, 4 tsp of rava (Rice Powder) dough water, as per need.
Mix the above-mentioned ingredients into a paste and keep it for 8-10 hours. Add the required salt to taste and prepare 100% pure and delicious appam.
