Double Horse Ribbon Ada are ideal for you to prepare delicious Ada payasam in a few minutes. It is perfect for preparing Payasam. Ada is the ribbon shaped dry rice flakes that are used to prepare Ada Pradhaman that is typically served dessert in festival of Onam in Kerala.

Storage and Uses

Break Double Horse Rice Ribbon Ada 200g and cook Gll done. Strain the water and wash under cold water and keep aside. 
Extract 1 cup of thick coconut milk and 4-5 cups of second milk from 2 coconuts and keep aside.
Boil second extract milk and add cooked ada.
Boil it for 10-15 mins.
Make a thick syrup by boiling Jaggery(500g) with 1 glass(200ml ) of water and remove the impurities from it.
Add jaggery syrup and cook on high flame for 5-10 mins.
Now add thick milk and switch off the flame.
Fry cashews, raisins in 1 tbsp. ghee and add it to the payasam.
Hot & Yummy Ada Pradhaman is ready to serve.
Store in a cool and dry place
Keep away from direct sunlight .
