How to Use

MIX:Mix contents (200g) of this pack with 400 ml of water 7 keep aside for 5 min.Chef's Tip: You can add chopped onions & coriander to the batter.FRY:Lightly grease cold, flat, non-stick tava with oil.Heat on medium flame.Pour batter rapidly from outer edge to the centre of the tava, making sufficient holes.Add oil to the edges of the dosa.Roast till golden brown.SERVE:Remove from tava once cooked and serve hot with coconut chutney/ sambar.
