How to Use
Take 2 litres of plain water and the required quantity of salt, and put Mayil Mark Ragi Vermicelli in it. Let it sit for 3 minutes and drain the excess water. Do not keep it for more than 3 minutes. Otherwise, it will lose its nature. Cook it in the steam for 5 minutes. Mayil Mark Ragi Vermicelli is ready for your recipe.
Upma: Heat an adequate quantity of oil in the frying pan. Add mustard seeds, black gram, onion, green chillies and proper salt. Add the cooked Mayil Mark Ragi Vermicelli to the pan and mix thoroughly for five minutes. Serve hot.
Sweet: Add Mayil Mark Ragi Vermicelli in a bowl. Mix sugar, grated coconut and ground cardamom, and add to the bowl. Mix well and serve.
