Ingredients

Ragi (Finger Millet), Whole Wheat Grits, Black Gram, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Vegetable Oil, Salt.
Storage

Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place.
How to Use

Take the measured mix and add 1.5 measures of water and 1-2 teaspoons of oil. Stir it gently to eliminate the lumps and make sure that you do not whisk the batter. Make it into a lump free batter and keep it aside till the Idli plates are ready. Smear the Idli measures with the vegetable oil and pour the batter to the 3/4th of each measure. Steam in a cooker without the weight for 12 minutes on a medium flame until it is done. Let it cool a bit before removing the Idlis from the moulds.
