Storage and Uses

1. Add this 1 pack Puramate Ragi Dosa Mix To 1 cup of water & 1/2 cup Of curd, Stir To make a Smooth Batter.
2. Set Aside For 5 Minutes.
3. Spread Sufficient Batter On Hot Tava On Medium Flame, Add 1 Tsp Oil On Sides. Roast Till Golden Brown On Medium Flame, Serve Hot with Puramate Instant Sambhar.
