Puranpoli is Maharashtrians' most famous dish. Normally, it's difficult to make but we have made it quite easy. Puran and aata are ready. You only must add water and make puranpoli within 10 min.
Useful for: Every Maharashtrian and non-Maharashtrian who are fond of the taste and those who have the importance of time.
Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Chana Dal, Sugar, Jaggery, Salt, Cardamom
How to Use

Mix Wheat flour with 1tsp oil or ghee & sufficient water. Make soft & sticky dough. Keep aside for 10 min.
Mix Puran mix with sufficient water for puran and keep aside for 10 min.
Make equal balls (7 to 8) of dough
Make equal balls (7 to 8) of puran.
Make a puran poli stuffing puran inside the dough.
Serve hot with milk and ghee.
