About the Product

Pulav Biryani is a rich version of the conventional ‘pilaf’ which incorporates the cooking techniques of both pulav and biryani. The pilaf rice is typically cooked in chicken broth seasoned with onion, tomatoes, spices, nuts, dry fruits and salt. The meat is cooked separately as typical for pulav but then layered alternately with rice as is done for biriyani. Eastern Pulav Biriyani is an aromatic, mildly spiced condiment that transforms ordinary pulav to a delicacy. The rich fragrant rice dish serves as the ideal accompaniment to your curries
Ingredients

Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Coriander, Ginger, Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Chili, Bay Leaf, Yeast Extract Powder, Soya Protein, Maltodextrin, Onion, Anit Caking Agent, Silicon Dioxide, Black Pepper, Turmeric
How to Use

Take 3 litres of water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add in the basmati rice and salt and cook till the rice is 3/4th done. Then drain the water and keep it aside. In another pan add the meat along with ginger garlic paste. Mix Eastern Pulav Biryani and water. Cover the pan and cook the contents in low flame until the meat becomes tender. Add the yoghurt to the cooked meat and mix thoroughly. Spread half of the pre-cooked rice on a pan and layer it with cooked meat gravy. Place the remaining rice over the gravy and sprinkle yellow colour if required. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion till it becomes golden brown. Pour it evenly of the layered rice and cook on low flame till the rice get cooked completely (5-10 mins approx). Mix rice and gravy uniformly and serve hot with raita
