Storage and Uses

Soak the Poha in water for some time till they are soft and puffy.
Drain the water and keep aside.
Cut onions and potato and keep the, ready as the oil in the pan becomes hot.
Throw in some mustard seeds, green chillies, and curry leaves, then add the potatoes and onions along with some peanuts.
Once the potato has softened, add salt and turmeric along with the Poha.
Stir a little and you are done.
Store in a clean and dry place and in air tight container .
