Mix the blonder powder and developer in a 1:2 ratio, ensuring the mixture is smooth and has no lumps. Once the strand test comes out safe, apply the product evenly onto the hair sections. First, apply on the mid-lengths and ends and later on the root area. Cover the sections with foil after using the product and let it rest for the required amount of time, as determined by the strand test. Once you achieve the desired hair level, rinse thoroughly and dry your hair.
