These Appalams are sun-dried in a covered shed to ensure hygiene & cleanliness. The ingredients used are of the highest quality. Hygienically hand made from pure Udad dal and rice flour. Huge expansion post frying. Consumed by southern India and huge demand in the UK. Does not contain pepper and is hence suitable for people who do not want spicy papad, taste best when consumed with rice and sambhar.
Ingredients

Udad Dal Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Sodium Carbonate And Edible Oil.
How to Use

Heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan, fry each Appalam for 2-3 seconds.
Remove from oil and drain extra oil.
Always keep fried Appalams in an airtight container in a dry place for preserving crispness.
