How to Use

Used for hair and skincare.
For cooking: Add 1 tsp of oil to prepare your meals.
Consume 1 tbsp for laxative support.
For hair: Massage the oil evenly over the scalp and on midsection and ends of hair. Let it sit for at least 2 hours, or leave overnight. Rinse off.
For skin: Mix a tablespoon each of castor oil and a carrier oil (Coconut oil, Jojoba oil) or body butter and keep the blend aside.
Gently massage the blended oil onto the skin and let it stay overnight or 1-2 hours before rinsing off.
