About the Product

Barley is among the first food that can be given to the baby. Its high fibre content makes it ideal for babies for having a smooth bowel movement. BabyStaples Barley Porridge is full of calcium and potassium which make it ideal for childrens bone development or for osteoporosis patients. Due to high amounts of dietary fibre, this is easily digestible. It is 100% home-made, thoroughly washed, soaked in RO water, roasted and home-milled. It has no sugar, salt, milk or milk products.
How to Use

Mix 2 tablespoon powder with 120 ml water. Then cook it on medium flame till the porridge thickens while stirring continuously. Add fruit purees/jaggery/powder/milk powder to enhance taste. Serve it warm.
