How to Use

MIX:Mix contents (200g) of this pack with 100 ml of curd (yoghurt) and 300 ml of water.Mix into a smooth batter without lumps and keep aside for 5 min.FRY:Grease a flat non-stick tava with oil & heat on medium flame.Pour batter in the centre of the hot tava and spread outward circular motion to get a thin dosa.Add 1 teaspoon oil around the batter and cook until golden brown.SERVE:Remove from tava once cooked and serve hot with coconut chutney/ sambar.
