How to Use

Make a smooth paste by adding water and the instant mix.
Optional: can also add finely chopped vegetables to the batter.
Pour some oil, butter or ghee into a non-stick pan and pour the batter.
Spread the batter and cook evenly on both sides.
Can also make a filling on the side which can be stuffed in the middle.
Serve with yoghurt or chutney.
