Ingredients: Dosa mix: Little millet (37%), Kodo millet (32%), Split Black gram (27.5%), lodized Salt, Raising Agent Sodium Bicarbonate [INS 500(ii)))], Fenugreek and Edible Vegetable Fat - interest- erified (Made from Palm oil, Palm kernel oil & it's fractions, Sesame oil, Antioxidant (INS 319), Vitamin A). Masala Powder: Red Chilly (46%), Cumin (15%), Black Pepper (14%), lodized Salt (14%), Dry Tamarind powder (7.5%), Coriander seeds (3.5%) and Garlic.

How to Use

1. Add 1 measure of mix to 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of sour curd to mix well to form a batter. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
2. Mix the masala powder with a small quantity of water from a consistent paste to spread on the dosa later.
3. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp of oil on the sides. 
4. Spread the masala paste on dosa. Roast till golden brown on medium flame.
