How to Use

For immediate Dosa -
1. Add 1 cup of dosa mix to 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sour curd and add the required amount of salt. Batter is ready.
2. Add 1 cup of dosa mix with 1 1/2 cups of water, add the required amount of salt and set aside for 6-7 hours.
3. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame.
4. Apply oil and roast till golden brown. Enjoy hot.
