Storage and Uses

1. Add 1 Measure Of Water To 1 Measure Of Puramate Medu Vada Mix & Mix Well To make a Smooth Dough. Keep Aside For Soaking With Lid Closed.
2. Take 1 Tbsp Of Dough On Wet Palm, Flatten The Dough And Make A Hole At The Centre.
3. Deep Fry In Hot Oil To Golden Brown On Both Sides On High Flame. Serve Hot Vada With Coconut Chutney And Puramate Instant Sambar.
