Our Mangalorean Ghee Roast ready to use curry paste goes well with just about anything - vegetables, chicken, prawns or fish. It’s a crowd-pleaser and a dinnertime favourite in any household across the country. A fiery red dish made with Kashmiri and Guntur chilies! The generous dash of Ghee gives the dish a delicious buttery taste to balance the spiciness from the chilies.

How to Use

Step 1:Wash and clean 500g of any vegetable, paneer, chicken, prawns, or fish and mix with ½ cup curd, fresh juice from lemon, ½ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp salt.
Step 2:Heat your pan, add 2-3 tbsp of Ghee. Add your protein from Step 1 and cook for 5-8 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: Empty out contents of the Tasty Tales Ghee Roast pack into the same pan and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame without the lid until you see Ghee appearing on the sides of the pan and it is fully cooked. Garnish with another 1-2 tbsp of Ghee.
