Ingredients

Coriander, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Garlic Flakes, Onion Flakes, Fenugreek Leaves, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves, Black Pepper, Mace, Fenugreek Seeds, Nigella.
How to Use

In a deep heavy base pan or 'Karahi', heat 80g cooking oil. Fry 120 g chopped red onions till light golden. Add 10-15g Karahi Paneer masala and fry while stirring for a minute. Add 200 g chopped tomatoes and 300g cubed 'Paneer' pieces. Cook for 10 minutes till the tomatoes are soft. Add a little water and 30g capsicum juliennes. Check salt and simmer till cooked. Garnish with mashed 'Kasoori Methi' leaves and lemon juice. Serve 2-3 person.
