About the Product

Double Horse Idiyappam Powder is made from clean, husked and specially processed rice. The Rice is dried and ground to a fine paste to form the flour which is of smooth texture and white in colour. It is a good supply of vitamins and minerals such as niacin, vitamin D, thiamine, iron and calcium. It can be used to prepare noodle dish and variety of other sweets and savouries.

Storage and Uses

Boil water well, add salt and oil to it.
Add the boiling water little by little to the rice flour and make a soft dough.
Knead it well and make idiyappam when it is a little hot
Store in a cool and dry place
Keep away from direct sunlight .
