Ingredients

Rice Flour, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Semolina, Sugar, Bakery Shortening (Palmolein Oil), Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sesame, Chilli Powder, Mustard, Asafoetida And Turmeric.
How to Use

Mix oil, curd & water: Mix the contents of the pack with 20g curd, 15g oil and 240ml water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Season & Blend well: Heat 30 ml (1tbsp) oil for approx. 2 minutes. Add 1-2 red chillies and 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds. Add this to the above batter and blend well. Cook in a Handvo cooker or thick bottom saucepan: Cook in a thick bottom greased Handvo cooker on medium to low flame for 40-45 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for 15 minutes.
Tip: The cooking vessel should be of thick bottom. If not, place a tava (griddle) on the flame and Handvo cooker on the tava.
Alternatively: Handvo can also be cooked in a thick bottom non-stick shallow saucepan.
In such case: 1) Cover & cook for 12 minutes on medium flame. 2)Flip and cook the other side for 10 minutes.
