How to Use

1. Add 620 ml water to Satvam Handvo Mix and stir well. 2. Keep the mixture aside for 15 mins. 3. Mix well before pouring the mixture into Handvo vessel/cooker.
For Tadka: 1. In a pan, heat 120 ml of oil and fry some mustard seeds. Once the seeds start crackling, add sesame seeds, and dried red chilli, asafoetida and curry leave in tadka. Pour the 'tadka' on handvo mix. 2. Cover the lid and let it cook for 20-25 minutes on a medium flame. If cooking in a pan, flip the Handvo with a flat spoon in 10-15 mins or till the base turns golden brown. Cut the handvo to the required size and serve hot.
