Graminway’s Gluten Free 4 Lentil Dosa Mix replicates the same flavours of home with our nutritious combination of moong dal, green moong dal (yellow and green gram), chana dal (chickpea flour), and urad dal (black gram). Bursting with protein, vitamin B, magnesium, and an array of other properties the mix packs a punch! We add in some green chillies, ginger, and asafoetida for that perfect taste.

How to Use

1. Take 1 cup of Adai mix.
2. Add buttermilk and make dosa consistency batter, and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
3. Heat an iron griddle and grease it with oil, and spread the batter on griddle with the help of a ladle.
4. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and add some oil.
5. Flip the cheela and cook on the other side as well. Hot cheela is ready and is best served with green chutney.
