Vivid gel food colouring delivers brilliant electric colour in icings and whipped toppings. The gel colours are freeze stable, with minimal fading and no bitter after taste. As with all colours, to obtain the deepest reds, blues, greens, blacks, or other colours, mix your coloured icings 24 hours in advance, cover and store for later use - the colours will deepen overnight. Packaged in convenient squeeze bottles, CCD's gel colours can be dispensed one drop at a time so you can achieve precise, easy to repeat colours.
