Storage and Uses

Boil 1 cup of raw millet in 5 cups of water for half an hour or pressure cook 1 cup of raw millet in 3 cups of water for 10 mins.
Can be used to prepare- Dosa, Idli, Bisibele bath, Upma, Pulao, Halwa, Kheer
Store in a cool,Dry place.
Once opened Transfer to a air tight container.
