How to Use

Pasta boiling tips: -

Pasta generally doubles in size when cooked, so 1 cup uncooked-2 cups cooked.
Never mix different pasta shapes in one pot. They all have different cooking times.
Add a few drops of olive oil to boiling water if pasta is to be used for salads or to be used later.
Don't add oil for immediate use in the sauce, because then the sauce won't stick to it well.
If the pasta is to be used in a casserole, undercook it slightly. It will finish cooking to perfection while in the oven or skillet.
If you are making a cold salad, rinse it with cold water so the salad isn't sticky.
You may not rinse with cold water if you're serving a hot dish. That removes the starch that helps hold the sauce.
Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place.
