Ingredients

Rice Flour (69%), Urad Dal (Split Black Gram) Flour, Salt, Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bicarbonate(E500(Ii)), Fenugreek Powder.
How to Use

Mix the content of the pack with 480ml of water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 mins. Lightly grease a cold flat nonstick pan. Pour 75ml batter in centre of the cold pan. Spread batter in outwards circular motion to get a thin dosai of around 20 cm in diameter. Place the frying pan on medium heat. Sprinkle a few drops of oil all over the dosai and fry till golden hot with Suruchi Instant Sambhar and Coconut chutney.
Storage

Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place.
