About the Product

White tea is sourced from rare, exclusive, light, fresh and aromatic whole leaves from high altitude of Darjeeling. It is made of carefully handpicked silver buds and young leaves which have been steamed and sundried. White tea loose leaf contains higher proportion of buds, which are covered with fine 'silvery' or 'downy' hairs that impart a light white/grey colour to the tea. It is minimally processed and hence retains high amounts of antioxidants and fewer amounts of caffeine. Whole leaves allow better extraction of flavour and aroma for an exceptionally amplified taste. Isvaari's orthodox teas have been handpicked from gardens steeped in tradition to ensure they provide the quintessential taste and aroma for which these regions are famous worldover. We source and pack them with an emphasis on preserving their freshness so that they can deliver authentic and wholesome infusion to delight both body and soul. The least processed and most delicate of teas, made using buds and young leaves picked from higher reaches of the Darjeeling valley only at the start of spring, we have taken care of not to roll, break, or bruise the leaves to preserve the delicate floral aromas. How to Use

Steep approximately 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of this relaxing Isvaari tea in just off the boil hot water for 4-5 mins. For lighter brews boil it for shorter. Enjoy it with brewed and strained. It is not intended to be directly consumed without any additives.
