Orthodox Whole Oolong tea leaves from Darjeeling are harvested during October/November from high elevations which makes very good Oolong teas. It is vibrant and balanced between black and green teas. Darjeeling Oolong Tea is made with only whole leaves for the best flavour and freshness. The careful, partial oxidation, fermentation, and sun-drying of the whole leaves allow the infusion to present its characteristic richness of aroma and flavour. How to Use

Steep approximately 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of this relaxing Isvaari tea in just off the boil hot water for 4-5 mins. For lighter brews boil it for shorter. Enjoy it with brewed and strained. It is not intended to be directly consumed without any additives.
