Ingredients

Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Iodised Salt (7%), Black Pepper, Kashmiri Chilli, Ginger, Fenugreek, Garlic, Cumin, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Nut Mace, Curry Leaf.

How to Use

Marinate chicken pieces in Eastern Chicken Masala and Salt. Leave for ten minutes.
Grind ingredients 4, 5 and 6 into a fine paste and set aside.
Heat oil in a vessel, crackle mustard and fry onion.
Add the paste and stir well.
Add chicken and three cups of water and cook till done.
Add curry leaves and serve hot.
Storage Instructions: Best to be stored at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.
