Storage and Uses

Par Boil 250gms Basmati Rice.
In 3 tbsp oil, fry 3 sliced onions, 1 tbsp each of ginger & garlic paste.
Add 1/2 puree of 2 tomatoes, chilli and Turmeric powder.
Cook till oil separates. Add cup curd.
Add 1/2 tbsp Shree Biryani Pulao Masala. Roast.
Add 1 cup of cooked vegetables like green peas, cauliflower, carrot and salt.
Grease bow; spread half the rice, and add vegetables.
Spread the remaining rice.
Pour 2 tbsp ghee.
1/2 cup milk.
Cover. Heat for 15 mins on low flame & enjoy.
Store contents in a cool dry and hygienic place after opening.
