About the Product

The wonderful tiny Black Seed is called basil seeds (also known as Sabja, Tukmaria and Falooda seeds). They are from the sweet basil plant "Ocimum Basilcum". These seeds are a great source of calcium and magnesium. Adding these to your Falooda can make it tastier. 
How to Use

Use: Add 2 tablespoon of basil seed 2 1 cup of water. After the seeds swell drain the extra liquid. As the seeds swell they begin to release their antioxidants & digestive enzymes.
They are ready to include in your favourite recipe. When soaked in water can be used in juices, lime water, coconut water and milkshakes.
