Chaakri Khakhras are crispy, crunchy, nutritious and hand roasted by the women of the Society. They are made from 100% whole wheat flour (no maida). Ideal snack for those on a Weight Loss Program. Originating from the state of Gujarat, as part of Jain Gujarati cuisine in India, Khakharas are thin crackers made from mat bean, wheat flour and oil. It is served usually during breakfast. Khakhras are individually hand-made and roasted to provide a delicious, crunchy and healthy snack.
