How to Use

Wash your hands and use clean utensils.
Take 2 tablespoons (30g approx) of Manna Rich Oat Flour in a clean vessel.
Add 180ml (3/4th cup) of water or milk and stir well.
Cook for 3-4 minutes over a low flame and stir continuously.
Cool down and feed the porridge. Discard any unfed porridge.
