Ingredients

Chebulic Myrobalan Or Abhaya, Raisins Or Draksha, Embelia Fruit Or Vidanga, Jaggery.
How to Use

Adults should take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food.
If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) and take it after food twice daily or as directed by the physician.
For better results, use consistently for 2-3 weeks.
If you have acidity, mix Abhayarishta with an equal amount of water and take it immediately after your meal.
Colour and consistency may vary between batches because of the seasonal variation; however, efficacy remains the same.
