The smell has changed, packaging also changed. The old one smelt better and looked better. The new version is disappointing.

Although I haven't purchased this product from Amazon, I did buy it from the actual shop. I am a huge consumer of body shop products but this lip balm was a major lip balm. Even after applying 3 layers of lip balm, my lips did not feel nourished or moisturized. All of Body Shop's stick lip balms do tend to have this problem. But their "Born Lippy" lip balms are amazing. You should definitely check those out. They're a wonderful dupe for the laneige lip balms.
