Very bad experience which such a brand. Many of the bars have small holes in them which then led to fungus on the bar. My family members are now ill because of consuming such a defective product

Protein bars are mainly for the ease/practicality of getting 10g of protein, in a small bar, when you don't have time to prepare a meal. The taste is not great (but definitely not bad). It is kinda chewy though and a bit too sweet. It is filling, but only for couple of hours. I definitely did not find it as a meal replacement option.Found it useful, immediately after a workout. Having protein shakes 2-3 times a day to meet the protein requirement is kinda boring. So the bar is a good option in such cases. Though, it is way more expensive than a protein shake.I generally use it, when I don't have time to have a meal after workout (Due to work). Use this as a protein shake replacement and fills me up for couple of hours.

I have been consuming these bars regularly for last 1 year, and it is awesome as a snack, it tastes good and has no added sugar. Love it.

The taste is good ...keeps you full for longer The sugar is also less and can be a good alternative while traveling
