In the same oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and add 2–2.5 tbsp Pathmapriya Vathakuzhambu Powder, roast well. 2. Boil Base: Add tamarind extract, salt and turmeric. Boil till the raw smell disappears and the gravy thickens slightly. 3. Finish and Serve: Add fried vathal (and jaggery if using). Simmer 2–3 minutes until oil separates on top.
