In the name of nankhatai it is fraud doesn't know ABC of the receipy Karachi beckri I purchased besan nan khata and I got biscuits like stone so hard and no taste ,oily Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because quality of the product hopless

The packaging and product were great. Lot of butter and sugar as I love it and goes great with black tea or coffee. Two complaints - 50% of the biscuits were broken which retailer needs to look into and the bakery should consider bringing down the portion size of each biscuit

Unfortunately, the biscuits in the parcel were not fresh. They appeared stale and did not meet the usual quality I expect. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case there was an issue during packaging or transit. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and advise on any possible resolution
